The fees, charges and expenses set out below are payable by you if any of the events or circumstances described occur in connection with your agreement with us. These charges will be added to the amount you owe and will attract interest at your facility rate. Please refer to your Facility Agreement and our Terms and Conditions for full details of the transactional fees and charges related to your facility. These fees and charges are separate from, and in addition to, any default interest that may be charged to your loan facility in the case of an event of default.
