The Department of State Health Services ("Receiving Agency" or the "System Agency" or “DSHS”) and Texas A&M University (TAMU), ("Performing Agency" or the “Contractor”), each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties," enter into the following contract for the COVID-19 Vaccine Outreach and Education Grant Program (the "Contract") pursuant to the provisions of "The Interagency Cooperation Act," Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
