The terms “You”, “Your”, and “Subscriber” refer to the purchaser of this service contract or extended limited warranty (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”). The terms “We,” “Us,” “Our”, “Obligor”, and “eSecuritel” refer to eSecuritel Holdings, LLC, the provider and the administrator of this Agreement. The term “Wireless Communications Service Provider” means Allied Wireless Communications Corporation and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter “Alltel Wireless”). The term “Authorized Service Location” means an authorized Alltel Wireless retail store or any other service provider designated by Us who is providing repair and replacement services on Our behalf. This Agreement is not an insurance policy.
