This is a legal agreement between you, the end user (“Licensee”) and the United States Bureau of the Census (“BOC”) The BOC has entered into a contract with Computer and Hi- Tech Management, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Contractor”) for the procurement of the software licensed hereunder. Contractor has entered into a subcontract with SRC, LLC, a California limited liability company (“SRC”), to develop the software licensed hereunder (Licensed Software”). The Licensed Software is based on SRC’s Allocate, and is SRC’s proprietary intellectual property.
