This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between TrafFix Devices, Inc., 160 Avenida La Pata, San Clemente, CA 92673 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated December 30, 2015 executed under City Directorial Order No. 14365, and County Contract C-16-0007, dated January 5, 2016 for Annual Supply - Traffic Channelizing & Barricade Devices, Bid No. 15-233, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
