The Joint Library will be named and known as the “Harris County Public Library – Cy­-Fair College Branch.” In the event of termination of this Agreement or in the event of default by the County or the County’s decision not to appropriate funds for the Joint Library at any time in the future, the Joint Library name “Harris County Public Library – Cy-Fair College Branch” will be removed from the Joint Library Facility and the Land, in the discretion of the District, subject to the time period set forth in Article VIII.
