This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Plaintiff TERRI CAUDILL (“Plaintiff”) and AGORA NOTUS, LLC, RELOGIO, LLC, TRACI ZIRKELBACH, and KENT POPHAM collectively
