INTRODUCTION: This Internet/Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure ("Agreement") explains the terms and conditions governing the use of Farmers Savings Bank’s Internet Banking Services. This agreement is in addition to the terms and conditions described in the Account Agreement and Disclosures and any other deposit, credit, or loan agreement you have with us, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. In this Agreement the words "we", "us", or "our" mean Farmers Savings Bank. The words "you" and "your" mean each person who has an interest in an account or other relationship that is accessible through Farmers Savings Bank’s Internet Banking Services and any person authorized for such access. The term "business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
