THIS SOLAR POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “PPA”) is entered into this day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”) between Econergy Development LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Seller”) and Joliet Township High School District 204 (“Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms used throughout this Agreement shall, except as otherwise provided herein, have the same meanings as the definitions set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
