This Agreement is hereby made and entered into this day of . 2018, by and between the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“City”) and Grandview Association (“Association”), a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation recognized by the State of Texas. City and Association may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
