Unless otherwise stated, all salary matters shall be retroactive to October Any nurse hired since those dates, in the respective facilities shall be entitled to retroactivity as from the date of hire. Any nurse who left the employ of the employer and is entitled to retroactivity will be contacted by the within thirty (30) days of ratification or release of an arbitral award. The letter will advise the nurse of the entitlement of retroactivity and themethod by which application is to be made.
