This agreement is entered into on this 26th day of February, 2013, by and between the Cleveland Municipal School District, hereinafter termed the “School District” and the governing board of Cleveland College Preparatory School, a community school established under Chapter 3314 of the Ohio Revised Code, hereinafter termed “Community School.”
