This Contract (“Contract”) is made as of, between the Butte County Office of Education (“BCOE”) and , hereinafter referred to as SUB-CONTRACTOR. The SUB-CONTRACTOR shall furnish to the BCOE the following services under the terms of this Contract: the administration of the ONE (1) Work Crews for the Back 2 Work Program (B2W) in San Bernardino County at the prices specified on Attachment I (“Services”). SUB-CONTRACTOR agrees to satisfactorily complete all project work described in Attachment I and in compliance with the specifications, terms and conditions enumerated in this Contract and in the CALTRANS Agreement #56A0589 (Attachment II). The Services are further described below.
