THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ("Agreement") made and entered into pursuant to Tex. Gov't. Code Ann., Chapter 791, lnterlocal Cooperation Contracts (Vernon, 1997) by and between the Reeves County (RC), a taxing entity authorized by the State of Texas, Town of Pecos City, ("TOPC") a municipal corporation and home-rule city under the laws of the State of Texas, Reeves County Hospital District (RCHD), a taxing entity authorized by the State of Texas, Emergency Services District (ESD) #1, a taxing entity authorized by the State of Texas, Emergency Services District (ESD) #2, a taxing entity authorized by the State of Texas, hereinafter all of which are referred to as the Entities/Entity (Entities/Entity), and the Pecos Economic Development Corporation, ("PEDC"), a component of the Town of Pecos City.
