Bhd. ("InfraCo MY") and SG HSR Pte. Ltd. ("InfraCo SG" and together with InfraCo MY, the "InfraCos") to issue the Bidder the RFP Documents (as defined below) for the purpose of evaluating and preparing for the RFP. Therefore, in consideration of obtaining access to the RFP Documents, the Bidder hereby agrees and undertakes to InfraCo MY as follows:
