, 2024 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between National Railroad Passenger Corporation, a corporation organized under 49 U.S.C. §24101 et seq and the laws of the District of Columbia (“Amtrak”) and the City of Ann Arbor, a municipal corporation with its principal offices located at 301 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (“Developer”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” or in the singular as “Party,” as the context requires).
