These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to the purchase of funeral services and products by the buyer (hereafter referred to as “Applicant”, "Customer", "you", and "your") from Stan Crapp Funerals (ABN 86 002 387 626) (hereafter referred to as "Stan Crapp Funerals”, “we”, “us” and “our”) in response to the attached written quotation presented to you by Stan Crapp Funerals ("Quotation").
