These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your receipt of certain account-related information via electronic delivery. By agreeing to these Terms, as well as by using our online services (“Online Services”), you accept these Terms. These Terms are in addition to any other agreement between you and the broker/dealer, including, but not limited to your client agreement (“Client Agreement”) as well as the online services agreement (“Online Services Agreement”) Terms of Use.
