Stonehill Kennel and Farm agrees to provide reasonable care, maintain facility sanitary standards, and to ensure proper safe enclosures. Daycare pets will be properly monitored and housed in clean, safe quarters. All pets that attend daycare or otherwise handled are cared for by Stonehill without liability on the Stonehill’s part for loss or damage from disease, death, theft, fire, injury to persons, injury from other pets, or property by said daycare pet or other unavoidable causes, due to diligence and care of having been exercised by Stonehill. Pet Owner agrees that they shall be solely responsible for any and all acts and behavior of said pet while it is in the care of Stonehill.
