APPLICATION FEE: The application fees are $85.00 per person and $50 for each additional persons over age of 18 years of age. The application(s) must be signed and filled out completely. This fee is non-refundable. You must be eighteen (18) years or older to apply for an apartment. A $200.00 application fee will be charged for all Corporate Leases. Application fees are only valid for a maximum of 3 months.
