This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") contains Apple's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and shall apply to any Purchase Order (a "PO") issued by Apple to Seller. As used in this Agreement, "Seller" means Seller and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and "Apple" means Apple (UK) Limited, an English company having its registered office located at 100 New Bridge Street London EC4V 6JA, acting through its Russian branch having its registered office located at Romanov lane 4 bld. 2, Moscow 125009 Russian Federation. Seller shall procure the agreement of its subsidiaries and affiliates to the provisions of this Agreement and shall be responsible for the compliance by its subsidiaries and affiliates with the provisions of this Agreement. Seller and Apple hereby agree as follows:
