(the “Effective Date”) is made between The Company of Tom Bean (the “Company”), and RogTech L.L.C. (the “Freelancer”), with an office at 201 S. Britton St. Tom Bean, TX 75489; for the purpose of setting forth the exclusive terms and conditions by which the Company desires to acquire Freelancer’s services. The term of this agreement shall be 24 months, with the option to renegotiate at any time during that time period so long as both parties agree. Any resulting contract thereby supersedes this contract.
