This Agreement is made effective if you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and select the box labeled “I ACCEPT,” at that time the software will be installed on your computer and License Period shall begin as described in clause 1.1 of this Agreement. The software you seek to install from licensor is licensed only on the condition that to you agree the terms and conditions with which you must comply in order to access and use the Software.
