This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Lincoln Journal Star (Lee Enterprises, Incorporated, 200 S. 21st Street, Lincoln, NE 68510 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated April 29, 2021 executed under City Directorial Order No. 25667, and County Contract C-21-0331, dated May 4, 2021, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on May 11, 2021, for Publishing Legal Notices and all Other Verbiage Necessary to Conduct City/County/Public Building Commission Business, Bid No. 21-080, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
