Claremont School of Theology Field Education Learning/Serving Agreement &April 14th, 2021
A field education student is a commitment for one academic year from September 2021 to the beginning of May 2022. Congregations can be of any size, but the pastor must be an ordained clergy person and must have served in that location for at least two years. The student would be engaged in various ways to be agreed-upon by the pastor and the student for 8 to 10 hours a week. A monthly stipend for the student is welcome but not required.
