This Agreement provides for the equitable treatment of (1) current UArts students and (2) students who have provided a deposit to enroll at UArts in fall 2024, and a reasonable opportunity for these students to complete their undergraduate or graduate studies at Temple. All current UArts students who choose to attend Temple pursuant to this Agreement shall hereinafter be referred to as “UArts Students.” For the purposes of clarity, any student in good standing that is currently matriculated in UArts but on an approved leave of absence that conforms to applicable law and accrediting agency standards shall be a UArts Student for purposes of this Agreement.
