This Exhibit B provides the Local Plan required under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA), (Public Law #105-220, et seq.), and the terms and conditions of the executed FY14 WDP Agreement covering the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 for Program Year 2015. Because the WIA is rescinded effective June 30, 2015, this Local Plan, the funding streams, programs, and activities covered herein, are subject to the laws and regulations of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA) of 2014 (Public Law #113-128 enacted 7/22/14) beginning July 1, 2015.
