References to a “Party” herein refer to either State Street or the applicable BFA Recipient or BFA Recipients, and references to the “Parties” herein refer to both State Street and the applicable BFA Recipient or BFA Recipients. This Agreement consists of the general terms and conditions below and all Exhibits attached hereto.
