(the "Client") in connection with Information Technology and SaaS Contracts (the "Matter"). The purpose of this Engagement Letter and the enclosed Standard Engagement Terms (collectively, the "Agreement") is to ensure that we have a clear understanding of our working relationship going forward. Should the Client retain the Firm for subsequent matters, this Agreement will apply, and the terms and conditions of the Firm's engagement will remain the same unless otherwise communicated.
