THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and World Satellite Network America, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and shall be deemed effective thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or World Satellite Network America, Inc. or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
