THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING,AGREEMENT hereinafter referred to as “MOU,”MOA” is made and entered into as of this 1st day of July 2020, 2015, by and between the County of Sacramento Department of Human Assistance, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,”” and the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “CONSORTIUM MEMBER.” COUNTY and CONSORTIUM MEMBER may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
