this day of June 2014 (“Effective Date”) by and between JEFFREY R. JURGENS, in his capacity as a shareholder at Sorling Northrup (“Jurgens”), SORLING, NORTHRUP, HANNA, CULLEN & COCHRAN, LTD., an Illinois corporation (“Sorling Northrup”), and THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON (the “City”) (Jurgens, Sorling, and the City may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”)
