This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Master Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between Customer (“Controller”) and TORO (“Processor”). Any terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Addendum shall supersede and control.
