Dispute Resolution (including Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Jury Trial Waiver). For purposes of this Agreement, “Related Party” means our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents and any third party that pursues a Claim with you or on your behalf. During discussions, each party will honor the other’s reasonable requests for information relating to the Claim.
