NON-MOTHER AGENCY TALENT REPRESENTATION AGREEMENTTalent Representation Agreement • November 7th, 2018 • England and Wales
Commencement Date The date of this Agreement. Term Subject to earlier termination in accordance with Clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions, the Agreement shall commence in full force and effect on the Commencement Date and shall continue for a period of one (1) year (the “Initial Term”). On expiry of the Initial Term, the Agreement shall continue unless and until the Agreement is terminated in accordance with Clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions. Territory The United Kingdom. Parties The Squad Management incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 09905883 whose registered office is at Unit 1, 60 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3QR (the “Company”); and (the “Talent”). Agency Fee Shall be 37,5% of the Agreed Fee. Talent Fee Shall be 62,5% of the Agreed Fee.
