Please carefully read this Agreement and the associated signature card you have signed or will be asked to sign. This Agreement is intended to be used only in conjunction with our Rate Sheet and Schedule of Service Fees and Charges which provide information on minimum balance requirements, monthly maintenance fees, transaction fees, other service fees, and interest rate information on your deposit account(s). Retain this Agreement and other documentation for future reference.
