On May 21, 2021, PacifiCorp filed a Service Agreement for Network Integration Transmission Service (“Revised Network Agreement”) between PacifiCorp and Bonneville Power Administration (“BPA”), under PacifiCorp’s Volume No. 11 Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”). On July 14, 2021, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) issued a letter order accepting the Revised Network Agreement, but required PacifiCorp to make a compliance filing to correct an error. In particular, in Section 4.0 of the Third Revised Service Agreement No. 735 PacifiCorp incorrectly requested a commencement date of May 1, 20214.
