Ezzell ("Employee"). RECITALS The parties have mutually agreed that it is in their respective best interests to terminate their employment relationship effective as of June 10, 2015 (the “Separation Date”), pursuant to the below terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties have agreed that the Employee has “voluntarily resigned” from any and all of his capacities with the Employer, including from any and all positions held at the non-traded real estate investment trusts managed by the Employer.
