THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated , 2005 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between the City of San Diego, California, a municipal corporation (the “City”), and Pacific Bell Telephone Company, a California corporation, doing business as SBC California (“SBC”). The City and SBC shall sometimes be referred to separately as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
