This Master Data Protecfion Agreement (“MDPA”), effecfive as of the date of the final signature (“Effecfive Date”), forms part of the Agreement (as defined below), entered into by and between Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District (“Customer”) on behalf of itself and to the extent required under the Data Protecfion Laws (as defined below), on behalf of its A,liate(s) (as defined in the Agreement) Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") and its A,liates (as defined below) (each a “Party” and together the “Parfies”) and applies where, and to the extent that, Cisco processes Personal Data as a Processor for Customer when providing Products and/or Services (as defined below) under the Agreement.
