A nonexclusive license in no way limits you as the copyright holder in making other nonexclusive uses of the Work. You otherwise retain all rights in the Work subject to the nonexclusive grants and conditions of this license and accordingly hold sole responsibility for complying with copyright and other legal requirements that govern the ownership and enforcement rights of Authors. This nonexclusive arrangement allows UofL to make the Work accessible through any technologies and formats but otherwise authorizes no changes in substantive content.
