The Texas Workforce Commission (“TWC”) and the Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party,” entered into that certain interagency cooperation agreement that took effect on May 1, 2021 (the “IAC”), and now desire to amend the IAC.
