This Tenant Based Rental Assistance contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the City of North Miami (“Program Administrator”), The Star Building, Inc. (“Owner”), and Reginald Nicolas (“Tenant”) as of the “Contract Start Date” as such terms are identified in Exhibit A, Project Specific Information, attached to and incorporated within this Contract.
