HOUSING CONTRACT 2021-2022Housing Contract • April 6th, 2021
This Housing Contract (the “Contract”) establishes the terms and conditions of occupancy for all Crown College (“College”) undergraduate residence halls, apartments, and townhouses (“College Housing”). Upon signing this Contract, the Student immediately becomes responsible for all terms of the Contract in addition to all terms in the current Crown College Catalog and Crown College Arts and Sciences Student Handbook (hereafter “Student Handbook”), whether or not the Student takes possession of the room keys and/or moves belongings into the room. Failure to abide by the terms of this Contract may result in fines and/or charges; disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the College; and/or the withholding of the Student's transcripts until all financial obligations are met.
