The Town of Parker Information Technology Department provides and supports baseline connectivity to the Town’s Exchange email and calendaring environment through Town-owned computers and mobile devices. This agreement is required in all cases where users have a business-related need to connect their personal, non-Town-owned, devices to the Town’s Exchange environment. The provisions of this agreement are intended primarily to protect the security and integrity of the Town’s network and data infrastructure, and to maintain the confidentiality of all Town-owned data which may be stored on the personal device listed below.
