This Affiliation Agreement is entered into by Fort Bend County (hereinafter “County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, on behalf of Fort Bend County Health and Human Services; and University of Houston College of Nursing, a state-supported institution of higher education established pursuant to sections 111.01 et seq. of the Texas Education Code (hereinafter “University”). County and University shall be known collectively as “the Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
