THIS AGREEMENT (hereafter Agreement) is made by and between the County of Santa Barbara, a political subdivision of the State of California (County), and City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (City), for the continued provision of Mobile Crisis Services to City by County, and City’s continued payment of fees to County for services rendered.
