This Virginia School Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the School Board of Stafford County d/b/a Stafford County Public Schools (“SCPS”) (hereinafter referred to as “Division”) and SpecialNeedsWare, Inc d/b/a Oneder (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on August 2nd 2022. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
