This revision to the Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) is executed between Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Gilbane Building Company (“CM”) pursuant to the Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) between the CM and the District dated April 13, 2011. By this reference, the Agreement is incorporated herein as if set forth in full. This revised PAA supersedes and replaces the entirety of the PAA dated July 23, 2013 relating to the Assigned Project described in Paragraph 1 of this revised PAA.
