This Host Community Agreement (this “HCA”) is made as of February 4, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Town of Douglas, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen, (the “Town”), and CANNABIS RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT, a Massachusetts corporation with a principal 10 Riedell Rd (“Z & T Inc.” or the “Company”). The Town and the Company are collectively referred to as the “Parties" and each as a “Party”.
